Creating cards 🃏
Turn any question worth debating into a card the community reasons through.
Where to start
Tap the + button (the green circle in the bottom bar, or "Create" in the menu) to open the Creator Studio. Every card needs three things: a type, a question, and — for most types — at least two options.
Choosing the type
Pick the format that matches the decision you want from people:

| 🆚 Compare & Decide | Two things, judged trait by trait before an overall winner. |
| 🏆 Ranking | People should order several items by priority. |
| ⭐ Rating | You want a 1–5 score, not a pick. |
| 🔮 Prediction | The answer will be settled by reality later — see Predictions. |
| ⚖️ Debate | Two sides, and you want people to face the counter-argument. |
| 🧠 Learn Card | You're teaching — see the Learn card rules below. |
Options & images
- Add your options one by one. Binary is fixed to Yes / No; Rating needs none; the rest take two or more.
- Each option can carry its own image — upload a file or paste an image URL. Great for product duels (each product's photo).
- You can add a main image, a context line (why this matters), a counter-view (the other side's best argument), and a source link. None are required, but they make a card far stronger.
Publishing to a community
The "Publish to" dropdown lets you post a card into a community you own (or the general feed). Members see it in that community's feed and it counts towards its challenges and leaderboard. If you don't pick one, it goes to the general feed.
Learn cards — the rules
- Learn cards can only be published into a community you own — they power that community's quizzes, Learn-in-Loop, challenges and leaderboard.
- Mark the correct option — the explanation unlocks for the learner only after they answer.
- Keep all options similar in length and style so the answer can't be guessed by spotting "the long one". This is a quality bar we hold cards to.
What it costs
Creating is free for most formats. On the Free plan, Quick Take, Ranking and Prediction cards cost 20 Insight Points each — but your first-ever card is free, and the app always asks before spending. Poll, Rating and Debate are always free. Full breakdown on the plans page.
Editing & deleting
Open My Cards to manage everything you've created. Editing a card keeps its existing votes and stats; you can also delete a card you own. Note you can't vote on your own cards — it keeps results honest.
